We currently provide support to a number of business in West Yorkshire and in all cases provide a services that are not off the shelf or pre-packaged but specific to the client as each business is unique.

As with any service, the more attention you require, facilities you have and speed of response required will all determine the cost. However, below we have outlined some key questions that will help you gain an understanding of our costs and how we scale these.

The Questions

Do I have a fallback position should a failure occur in a business critical system...?

What is it worth to have an operable system within X hours of failure...?

If I have a critical failure, what is the hourly cost to my business...?

The Costs

Once you know the answer to the last question you have a guide for a budget to provide support to your IT infrastructure. From there we can work together to provide a solution that meets your needs without needlessly targeting areas of your business that are not critical.

Our costs are based on the following:

Costs for server support start from as little as just £50 PCM

Costs for desktop support start from as little as just £25 PCM

For each "Unit", be that a server or desktop you will receive 15 minutes telephone support and 30 minutes on-site support PCM included in the support package. This time of-course can be spread across your entire business and additional call-outs and hourly rates are detailed below.

Given the number of years and breadth of knowledge we have taking this option will save you at-least the cost of the service. We can advise on best practices for infrastructure implementation and maintenance, server configuration and connection including VPN (Virtual Private Networking) and we can also help you save a significant amount on licensing alone as we are registered Microsoft System Builders.

All the above requires a site visit which we would happily do free of charge and once we have agreed a strategy that best suits your needs and budget we will provide a bespoke solution that meets your needs.
