Systems Analyser

This is a VB application we developed to help keep track of IT systems on a small local network of around 10-12 PCs and laptops with some remote users over VPN. In short, it interrogates a PC, Laptop, Server etc. and compiles a report that includes the OS, IP Configuration data and also makes a pass through both the registry and control panel to see what software is installed.

From an asset tracking perspective this can be invaluable information and when used in conjunction with the Asset Tracking database can prove a very useful tool indeed.

Asset Tracking

The Asset Tracking database can give you a quick overview of your IT Assets and also generate reports showing what licenses are installed, where they are installed but more importantly: What licenses you have free to install on new kit...!

Again, this can prove invaluable from both an asset tracking and also a support perspective as you can easily identify a system's core setup without asking the user to click a single mouse button.
